The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now offering 600 Taiwan International Internships as part of the International Internship Pilot Program 2025. NSTC IIPP Taiwan Internship Duration 2025

The NSTC IIPP Taiwan Internship 2025 provides interns with flexible timeframes, allowing them to choose durations between 28 and 90 days.

This flexibility enables participants to align their internship with their academic obligations, with the program available from June to December 2025. Interns can start their internships at any point during this period, accommodating the diverse academic schedules of students globally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must foreign nationals excluding China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
• Students currently studying abroad as an bachelors, master’s.
• Applicants should have expertise in Taiwan’s major fields of science, technology, research, humanities, or social sciences.
• Additionally, proficiency in English or Mandarin is require, and applicants must provide proof of language skills during registration.

Stipend (Pay Scale)

Interns involved in the NSTC Taiwan Internship will be granted a daily stipend of NT$1,000 (around USD 30) to assist with living costs, including meals, housing, and travel. The internship will last for a maximum of 90 days.

Furthermore, host organizations will be allocated NT$10,000 for each intern to aid in the mentoring and research support offered throughout the internship.
